Alamogordo Flower Company and Gifts celebrates over 30 years

Balloons depicting pumpkins were still floating around the Alamogordo Flower Company and Gifts store on Texas Avenue, even as Christmas trees, Santa Clauses and other Christmas gifts were being laid out for display.

“Holidays are always fun, they’re stressful, but it’s always so much fun to send out beautiful arrangements to make people smile,” said Stacy Brabson, co-owner of Alamogordo Flower Company, AIFD, CFD.

“Mom and I share the mission of this is God’s product and we take it out into the world and that’s what we need to do. We always have a lot of fun creating our arrangements…We are so blessed here.”

The shop is owned by Brabson and his mother Margaret Brabson, AIFD, CFD. Margaret Brabson is an accredited florist by the American Institute of Floral Designers, designations awarded following an assessment of the skills of the American Institute of Floral Design.
